Lets just say that my dog has a jar that seems to be "sweating". I get this
term from the book The Mushroom Cultivator. In this hypothetical situation
there is a quart jar with a standard verm/brf mixture that was inoculated 7
days ago with an unknown strain. The mycelium would be growing mainly on one
side and a distinct yellow fluid could be seen near the bottom of the jar on
that side. Temp is around 78°f, jar has poly filter, in total darkness,
sterilized at 15psi for 1 hour(PC), no sign of contam in this totally
hypothetically situation that my dog has come up with all on his own
