For anyone who wants to see the actual numbers:

http://dawninfo.samhsa.gov/pubs_94_02/pickatable/2002/2.2.0.xls

Yeah, SAMHSA made that available in an Excel spreadsheet, and if you
can't handle that you are shit out of luck. :(

1995 1996 1997 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002

LSD 5,682 4,569 5,219 4,982 5,126 4,016 2,821 891
PCP 5,963 3,441 3,626 3,436 3,663 5,404 6,102 7,648

change change change
since 95 since 2000 since 2001

LSD -84.3 -77.8 -68.4
PCP 28.3 41.5 25.3
-------

Look at that huge drop in the LSD number since 1995. This implies LSD
abuse today is just about 1/6th of what is was in 1995. Usage of PCP
however appears to be at the highest point since the mid 1990s.

well damn, how many did they have to get... 3, 4, 7...?
it's not like it was that hard for them

This likely was a major factor. Just find the narcotics producers
making LSD and lock them up for good. It isn't like it is easy for
others to take their place. Unlike marijuana, where learning how to grow
it isn't that hard.

Learning how to grow MJ. LAUGH. Here, I'll teach you all right now. Put
the seed in the groud a couple inches and water when needed. There you
go. Pot will grow. Any other specifics are up to you but if you just
want some pretty plants in your yard this will work just fine. Some may
not sprout. This is ok. Not all seeds are viable. Try again.

You might want to consider learning indoor cultivation, as pot plants
in your yard may stand out to the police. ;)

On the demand side for LSD I'd expect a large percentage of the
potential market is older people.

Yeah, someone I knew here (North England FFS) had a 6' + plant, grown
completely outdoors. Child's play.
