Hi!
I seriously doubt that psychedelic drugs make people kill each other.
I know more perople that become agressive from drinking alcohol than
from taking trips. I personally have never felt the urge to kill
someone when tripping - I was too busy watching the miracles around
me.
If you want to reduce violence, why not outlaw high percentage alcohol
and allow buying Marihuana? (I would even make mushrooms more easily
available, but I cannot convince many people of that)
A lot of people would become a lot more relaxed! :-)
