But even if the sample tests positive for DXM, it can be easily
explained away by saying you took OTC medication for a cold.
Since there are no laws prohibiting the use of OTC medications,
what use is such a drug test anyway?

These are tests being run by parents on kids. They would know if
Johnny had a cold.
