Oh Harry!

Finally I'm posting in the appropriate thread- "FINALLY!"

Let me explain:

My absolute worst enemy in the world, who for some reason finds it
enjoyable to email me frequently, happens to be pet sitting a Venezuelan
mud shark for a friend of a friend, possibly the Argentinian abassador
to Pago Pago, and reports this straight from the shark's mouth:

Uncle Mike is OK. The shark's recent attempts to colonize substrate
jars with spores from Spore Magic are FINALLY starting to show signs of
payoff.

Bingo! We have mycelium in about half of the eight jars after a second
inoculation preceded by a vigorous shaking of the syringe(s). At least
that's what the talk around Shark Town is.

A question:

Is it even conceivable that a mere flea could compete on this level with
a true Venezuelan mud shark? I wonder...

Peace
