Are these safe? Blue/White Mould?

Hi, I recently got these from someone who grew them. Peruvian apparently. But it looks like they have started to go mouldy but I'm not totally sure. I've attached some pics so you can see better. Are they safe? Can they be saved if not or should they be thrown away Appreciate any help. Thankyou

Those look great! That isn't mold, just oxidation/bruising , proof of actives, eat up...
