why is brown rice flour always being mentioned and white isn't whats the difference why is brown better than the white there both rice and nutrious

I'm no scientist to know the make up of the 2 but one grows mushrooms and one don't but that is a good question Ive never thought of it but I'm sure in the 20 years it took to create the pf tek white rice was used and failed so thats why u never hear of it being used
Ya, I have seen several white rice grows that produced inactive cubies...though it doesn't happen every time, they are usually weak...white doesn't have the right nutes, so don't waste your time...

Well, white flour white rice and the likes are processed foods and are not good for your health!
they have no nutritional value is the biggest reason...but you can buy brown rice or even brown rye flour...but throw brown rice in a coffee grinder and walah! Brown rice flour....even a blender should work...
