Yes but it is complicated so you should get used to using agar and get a good microscope so you can be sure the cells clamped or there is no actual cross and you may just get multiple types of small cubies sharing the same block. You can mix LC's and then look for physical differences or mix multispore in a LC and then clone the shrooms that look different....but that is only to cross a cubie with a cubie. To cross anything else you need venom to weaken the cell wall and it is an intense process. I have created a few crosses myself...the Great White Monster was a chemical misshap/cross that was partially an accident..(long story) we have a white and yellow version about to be released exclusively at shroomotopia.net to it's members as well as 2 wild isolates from different parts of the US and a couple other hybrids and or isolations aof a unique variety...PFAX was a LC cross but all the spores were killed when my fridge froze so that is just a picture and a memory...but they really sucked, they were just cool cuz they were part albino and looked different but they were very small. You are better off just picking a great strain and growing it outright so you get a great yield. When you get agar and cloning down, then revist the idea of crossing types and start with cubies, preferably one albinoo and one regular so you can see visually if there is a cross.
