swim said he isn't comfortable posting pictures since it is the internet and we have a sketchy government. swim said he will try to be as descriptive as he can.

mycelia is growing good, but as it grows the rust/cinnamon color starts to spread through it as well. swim said it looks like a stain that comes in circles sometimes, but not always, and doesn't really look like a mold. one of the stains that had a circle the brown got darker and the center turned black, he immediately tossed it. swim has done this many times and has never seen the rust/cinnamon color before. swim has found information on the brown/cinnamon mold but no pictures to compare and the info about it swim said is kinda limited.

okay well the brown coloured rust you have may be myc piss,,
i believe it is caused when the myc is stressed or its using the brown stuff(myc piss) to fight contams,
lower your temps when colonizing to see if it makes a diff,,
try it just with the brown stained jar you have,
if the others change to the same as the jar in question it may be something else like contammed,,
but from what ive read up on its more likely becasue of stress
its only pictures you dont need to put your face in photo or anything just plain photo of jar showing brown colour on myc,

as you can see they are ready to come out, but swim is reluctant because of the brown/cinnamon/rust color
swim lowered the temp and will see what happens, but he had the temp set at the correct temp for colonization, but the humidity where swim lives is high, and last time swim did this race he lived in a cooler environment, so some tweeking may have to be done to make up for it.

first pics look like contams so im guessing other ones may be the same but the look a lil diff,,,
first photo's one on the right looks like something else aprt from myc is colonizing as u can see the myc seperated and something else between the 2 parts of it,,,

the healthiest looking jar is second pic the on jar on the of the other one,,
the one underneath it has or looks like some mycelium(the whitest near jar lid)but mostly something else,,,
i would toss em and start again or if you wanted to try and save them ,,,
cut contam out and do a bulk tray with what u have tried to save,,,
you should start again in my opinion,
sorry mate
