IS it mycelium or lipstick molde

please help me its the only jar that is showing growth and it has taken it a very long to get to this step there is a tiny area with a bit of a pink shade
please help

I don't see any pink in that pic, looks fine to me.

Is the whole jar like that? and exactly how long is "a long time" ?

too damn long it it might be the wrong myc, happened to me once, but I knew it wasn't cubensis myc
cuz it was way over due for germination and the myc was all tomentose.

see any rhizos in there?
