Risking a Bust?

I have heard of the police staking out a hydroponics shop and following a buyer home. The police then obtain a warrant and bust the marijuana grow house.
Similarly, say someone buys spores from Ralphsters then buys grow bags from The Mad Season. Is there a way the Feds or States could track this? Are these purchases enough to get a search warrant?
I hear that Ralphsters is reputable but it bothers some people that he requires a name, address, etc. to be entered online now. Before it was just a form people printed out and sent in. It seems that there could be some record keeping going on there.

I don't think that the pigs will follow anyone who isn't spending thousands of dollars carelessly at a hydroponic shop home. Even then I'm positive alot of hydroponic shop owners would gladly accept the cash and make it look like multiple peoples orders on the books to help the customer and especially themselves.
But as far as some small personal sized orders of mycology supplies and spores from seperate vendors is safe enough that many of us have gotten away with it for a long time and dont trip. I have yet to hear word of anyone on a forum being arrested based on ordering supplies, it's usually loose lips. Besides theres always plausable deniability. "No officer I ordered the supplies for an oyster mushroom culture I'm soon to be ordering, and the spores are microscopic research samples." Piggy will have a hard time getting a warrant based on a cooperative and polite person posessing legal items which he/she has given legal reasons as to why he/she has them in his/her posession.

Yes , In florida (Miami) a hydroponic store owner has told me that police monitor suspicious people leaving with boxes to bust houses .... its been said and done before

Im thinking of buying Kratom and maybe truffles from a site m friend got hen from, but I never heard of the place before...so I am waiting to see if they get theirs.

Don;t have anything mailed to the site of your grow op.

Don't use your car when you go to the shop and don't go directly to the site of your grow op. Police can take down the liscence plate and run the owners address ect. and if you are in your car and you are growing in your house then the police already have your address. No need to follow you.

Take a few unusual turns (taking 4 rights and going in a big ass circle only to end up back on your street) getting to your place and see if anyone follows you.


Don't buy alot of supplies from the same place. Some hydro shop owners inform cops of people buying lots of very specific supplies (more then likely the cops have some dirt on the owner like he got caught telling some customers how to grow pot and is now a informant to keep his ass out of jail)

Most importantly do not tell anyone about your grow op.... not even your best friend/girlfriend. I had one of my co ops robbed by a friend of mine because I broke this rule. Or say you and your GF break up and she wants to get you.... a simple call to the cops will have you hemmed up.

Ya, a grow op running out of an old and shut down beer distillery (I think that's what it was) was busted about a year ago. The cops found it not because it was using huge amounts of power (the records showed that it was an operational factory, so no cause for alarm from the cops), but because one of the worker's girlfriends was mad at him and told the cops.
