Hello, first post here, I'm wondering about some outdoor bulk teks for gourmet or medicinal mushrooms that can be sold legally to restaurants or farmers markets and such. I have found 3 outdoor patches of rotting straw and horse manure. These were natural and already had mushrooms growing in it. This is in Missouri. I'm also wanting to start an indoor oyster grow and am looking for a tek on that, as well as any gourmet teks indoor or out . Any information would be appreciated. My cubes are going well thinking of out door for that as well, possibly from wbs spawn or spent cakes. Any teks wanted.
