cambodian mould??

Hi everyone this was my 1st grow and it has came out terribly wrong and i was wondering if anyone new what is rong with my cambodian shrooms i only got 3 out of the whole thing and they look mouldy 2 more than the other one all help would be apperiated thanks:)

and how do i upload single pictures to my post instead of having to compress them the pics came of my fone

Click on manage attachments under the text box to add pics, a pop-up will apear that you must click "browse" setlect the pic you want and click "upload"
you can do up to 5 pics at once. I bet your shrooms just dropped spores and are fine...just blackish purple shit all over the place right?

i think they are too big i have just wiped them and it seems to be a black layer i have wiped most of it off are these still ok to eat?? yea it is all over the cake and shrooms mate

nice 1 for advice drying them out atm doubt there will be much tho, have you got any ideas on why i only got 3? they took ages to come thru i had given up on em jus fort i should check on them and there was 3

ya, you win some and lose some with cakes...it all depends on genetics and many other factors...that is why trays are much better...

what is a tray

a flat pan that is like 3 inches deep

yea i put the cake in one i used the oyster mushroom grow kit with my spores

A tray is a jar or 2 of colonized rye grain mixed with pasturized manure and straw. You let it colonize and then you have a nice 1/4 to a 1/2 pound harvest. Depends on the size of the tray and the strain.

i am growing the same strand and i had it for a long time i gave up on it as well but i saw 1 jar out of 7 showing positive growth maybe
