Shroom Honey

It's quite simple, put dried mushrooms into any honey. It is said that honey will turn blue (just kinda dark actually).

I have never seen it turn blue, that would be using fresh mushies that it would turn. I have seeen a pic of shroom honey and it was just chunks of shrooms in regular looking honey...

Well I guess there should be a lot of dried shrooms... You know when they are dried they are kinda blue looking. ;)

Maybe putting a bit ascorbic acid inside, it acts like antioxidant and protects mushrooms from degrading.

I really like this way! Normaly I am a bit sick when I eat Mushrooms but in Honey nothing. The best thing(and the hardest) is to wait a few months before you eat the mushroom honey. After the mushroom-Ban in Holland I made shroom honey(4 jars) and waited half a year. Four spoons made me very happy:):)
Now I've a new growkit(Magic-mushrooms-shop com) and an new harvest to make new Honey. U should really try this way!!

how many spoons? It depends on how many gramms you put in de jar with honey. Just take 2 spoons and take one later if you feel like it
