Cubensis tops chopped up, Half a pound of cheese grated, Bacon under the grill until crispy, Pot of Cream, 12 Minute Pasta Twists.

Boil the pasta, until tender, lightly fry the cubensis in a pan, drain off the water from the pasta and add the cheese with the pot of cream and throw in the Bacon bits chopped up, throw in the shrooms and stir with a big wooden spoon.

One bowl full for a full blown trip to mars!:D

Washed down with a cup of grapefruit juice... Helps to keep it down!

Ya, you want to avoid cooking em at anything higher then a simmer cuz you will likely destroy actives. I would cook everything and add em after and then let it slow cook and rewarm it up after or eat semi warm...
