Could I use the liquid mycelium spawning TEK by adding mycelium from my current batch to the sugar/water solution?
I am thinking I will take a small piece when I harvest the first flush.

Also- anyoe ever use dehydrated horse manure? I found it on one of the sites. 1 lb for $5.95 and it turns to 10 lbs when watered. Since it is dry shipping is cheap.

just use some mushroom tissue to make a culture,
harvest a shroom, put it in your GB and clean the stem with a cotton bud and iso,
then get a syringe with about 4 or 5 cc's of sterile water, and stab it through the stem of the shroom so you get some tissue in the needle.
Then get you prepared LC mixture and squirt the solution into the jar, the water will push the tissue out of the tip of the needle.
You should be able to see the tissue floating around.
This LC will be your Master Culture, from there you can use a few ready cc's of culture to make new LC's, they will be your working cultures which you will use to noc up jars of you preferred substrates.
When you run low on your workers, make more :)
