popcorn won't pin?

I colonized some jars of popcorn ans cased it with straight vermiculite and i can't get them to pin they've been in the fruiting chamber for about 10 days now. Can anyone tell me what i did wrong?

how are they doing now? I am using pcorn but casing with verm/coir and they do take awhile (2 weeks) to show pin, for me anyways. did you cover after you cased and let sit for a couple days? how many jars did you use per tray?

yeah i covered them after i cased. i used 3 quarts per pan with about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of casing.
