First you'll need a fridge, small or large its up to you.

Next an electric base board thermostat. You can get one of these from homecheapo for $17.96

And one extension cord that you don't mind chopping in half. This is to supply power to the thermostat and an outlet after the thermostat to plug your heat source into.

As you can see the power from the wall outlet connects to the red wires and the power out to the heat source connects to the black wires. It couldn't get more simple.
Now you just need a heat source. I used a heat pad for a lizard aquarium. But you could use just about anything that makes heat and plugs into an outlet.
Here is one in action.

This could work on a larger scale easy enough. A small room or a big chest freezer. You could use a 4ft electric base board heater, there only like $35 at homecheepo. You can even get thermostats that do both heat and cooling too, for those hotter climates.
With a little skill the world is at your finger tips!!
I would like to thank Striker for the idea and help with mine.
