No overdose or deaths have been reported yet. Toxicity is considered extremely low and the brain only absorb as much of the active alkaloids as it needs for a trip.

You have to be careful though. Although magic shrooms are harmless, there are poisonous mushrooms out there. make sure you trust your source or you can identify the mushroom yourself.
