How work a pressure cooker?
I put the jars inside the cooker without water, close and heat, that's
right?

Isn't dangerous?

Yup, very dangerous..

Put jars inside WITH water, close and heat..
...make sure water does not evaporate off.
Best do a test first. a dry run with just water to make sure you got
enough for the duration of boiling..
(no jokes about dry run with just water )

Yup, very dangerous..

Put jars inside WITH water, close and heat..
...make sure water does not evaporate off.
