I'm curious.

Now on day 24 of stopping smoking after my shroom epiphany (for me
unbelievable) and have been reading trip reports from heroin addicts talking
about being radically treated for their addiction with the psychotropic,
ibogaine like this one here http://www.ibogaine.org/horsley.html . Amazing
stuff.

Massively potent, Ibogaine takes them on a full-on multidimensional trip
with vision states sometimes lasting days with the end result that for the
few addicts who've experienced it, many have been able to successfully kick
the habit, at least for a while.

Before last week, I'd never even heard of Ibogaine. The trip reports are
astounding and remind me of ayahuasca reports, not to mention my own
shroomashuasca journeys --- except that Ibogaine is if anything far more
epic in scale and certainly very expensive to arrange. Its roots are in West
Africa with the Bwiti Cult who use it to travel to the land of the dead.

So has anyone here ever experienced Ibogaine and if so, in what
circumstances and how does it compare to shrooms?

Indeed it is - freakily amazing...

That surprises me - first saw it on TV here some years ago, before I'd heard
of so many other 'stuff', and before I was on the net.

Not me, maybe one day when I'm older and braver. Then again, maybe not?!?

IIRC, iboga root is available on line.

I've heard of the many great effects of ibogaine on addiction. Sounds
interesting, but really how would it be for JUST recreational use?
seems a little intense for me. There was a good experience published in
some sort of national news paper a few months back that i thought was
good.

ive heard of that stuff. Isnt that some mad herbal shit that comes from
Africa? Ive heard that it cures addicts through a 48 hour heavy trip where
the user experiences inner visions and haluccinations. Its meant to be a
link with the physical world and the spiritual world. recreationally???
SOUNDS FUCKIN GREAT TO ME!!
