It depends on your skill level. Ultimately, its not that difficult. However,
if you have only been doing PF tek, then there is another learning curve to
learn bulk cultivation tek...

Still its all pretty easy. The biggest issue is how many pounds you want. A
large grow op requires a fair amount of expense for equipment unless you
happen to live somewhere with an ideal climate. (how much varies depending
on how good the climate is, what the spore load in the area is like (i.e.,
competitors and predators), and how much loss you are willing to tolerate.)
