here's a little story about my friends dream.
he cased some dung about an inch think with 50/50+.. after 2 weeks things
started to appear on the surface, he covered appropriately to get an even
layer. Then he started using 12 hours light on and off.
About a week and a half later.. still no pins .. the growth has come to the
surface and is appearing to thicken in certain spots.
The lid is open once a day for like 20 seconds with a fan to lower the C02
and The misting is once a day usually 4 squirts from a spray bottle. By
the cheap hygrometer the humidity is maybe about 80% on average.
Weird dream.. does anyone have any suggestions?

if your fridge is big enough for whatever the casing is in cover it up
and stick it in there over night and then put it back in the terrarium
if things are too big then just put some water in a ziplock bag and
freeze it then place it in the terrarium until it significantly lowers
the temperature or overnight or just until it thaws
you want at least a 10 degree drop... this should induce pinning

increase the airing out to twice a day and increase humidity to 90%.
